We had a wonderful experience renting bikes from Bicy Dijon. The Bicy team was very helpful figuring out which rental would be right for us and very patient and kind with my not-so-great French. The reservation process is super easy and all online, helmets and panier were available as well! We got two electric bikes, and they were great, well tuned and in perfect condition. The electric assist was perfect for the rolling terrain riding among the vineyards.

I'm on my way from the Netherlands to Istanbul with the bike and I missed some screws to repair the bike. I went to the store and they were really friendly and immediately helped me to fix my bike! Good service! Thank you guys :)
